INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

Please note that the shipping time frames do not include processing time. Your orders will be delivered based on your selected shipping option once they have been processed and prepared by our team. Deliveries are made from Mondays to Saturdays, and on Sundays in certain cities with Sunday shipping. For our valued international customers, we offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. In addition to our standard shipping methods, we are excited to introduce Expedited Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This new option provides a faster and more convenient way to receive your TruHeight products, with all customs duties and taxes pre-paid. Say goodbye to unexpected charges upon delivery!

SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE POLICY

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of order placement. Once we have packed the order, we can no longer make changes to the shipping address. The order will be shipped to the address initially provided in the order form.
