Although its only been two months I can see a difference in my teens hops to the basket, energy on the court, and sleep patterns in the evening. It's only been two months and he's filling out with pecks and definition. I can see with my own eyes the difference in just two months. The protein shake, vitamins and melatonin are working. I have two kids on the TruHeight system but only purchased one shaker bottle….big mistake. I have other shakers but my boys both love the TruHeight one and it’s a battle to see who gets it first. I will be purchasing a second one on my next order.
