These are the standards TruHeight commits to today and maintains going forward.
This page exists so our customers can hold us to them.
Below is a plain-language description of how TruHeight collects, displays, and moderates customer reviews across every channel we sell on.
No incentivized reviews
TruHeight won't offer compensation, free product, discounts, or rewards of any kind in exchange for a review, favorable or otherwise. This applies to us directly and to any third party acting on our behalf.
No suppression of negative feedback
Any review that meets platform community guidelines won't be hidden or removed because of its star rating or content. We won't filter by sentiment.
Honest review requests
When we send post-purchase emails asking customers to share their experience, those emails will make clear that the request is voluntary and uncompensated. No review is required to continue receiving products or discounts.
No coordinated platform campaigns
We won't run internal programs to mass-solicit ratings on Amazon, Google, iHerb, or any retail platform with the intent of inflating scores.
Moderation is limited and transparent
A review may be removed only if it contains spam, is submitted by a non-purchaser, or violates a platform's community guidelines. It won't be removed because it's negative.

At TruHeight, we know that customer reviews are one of the most important tools parents use to decide whether to trust a brand with their child’s health. We take that seriously. This page documents how we collect, display, and moderate reviews and the commitments we make to keep that process honest.
We will update this page as our practices evolve, and we will preserve a version history so you can see exactly what has changed over time.
Our Core Commitment
No TruHeight review is solicited in exchange for compensation, discounts, or any reward tied to the review’s rating, sentiment, or content.
We don’t pay for positive reviews. We don’t reward five-star ratings. We don’t punish negative ones. What you read in our reviews reflects real experiences from real families.
How We Collect Reviews
Post-purchase invitations. After a customer receives a TruHeight product, we may send a follow-up email inviting them to share their experience. These emails clearly state that the review is requested but entirely uncompensated. Customers are free to leave any review, positive, negative, or neutral, or no review at all.
Direct customer-initiated reviews. Many of our reviews come from customers who weren’t prompted at all. They simply chose to share their experience.
No reward for reviewing. We do not offer points, discounts, free products, contest entries, or any other benefit in exchange for leaving a review. There is no reviewer loyalty program. There is no rating-based reward structure.
Programs That Involve Free Product
In the interest of full transparency, we want to be clear about programs where independent reviewers or partners may receive TruHeight products at no cost. These programs are not review-for-reward arrangements, but they do involve free product, and we believe parents deserve to know about them.
Amazon Vine. TruHeight participates in Amazon’s Vine program. Vine is administered entirely by Amazon, which independently selects reviewers and provides products at no cost in exchange for honest feedback. Vine reviews are clearly marked on Amazon with a “Vine Voice” badge. TruHeight does not select Vine reviewers, communicate with them, or influence their reviews in any way.
Third-party affiliate networks. TruHeight occasionally works with third-party affiliate networks, where partners earn commissions on sales they drive. These partners may receive product samples and are required to disclose any material connection in accordance with FTC guidelines. Affiliates are not compensated for reviews, and any reviews they post independently are their own honest opinions.
Product seeding. From time to time, TruHeight provides product samples to media outlets, healthcare professionals, and creators for editorial coverage or professional evaluation. Recipients are under no obligation to post a review, and any review they choose to share must reflect their own honest experience.
In every one of these programs, the recipient is free to share honest feedback, critical feedback, or no feedback at all. No review, rating, or sentiment is required, requested, or rewarded.
How We Display Reviews
No suppression of negative reviews. Reviews that comply with platform community guidelines are displayed regardless of star rating or sentiment. We do not hide, delay, filter, or remove reviews because they are unfavorable.
No selective curation. We do not use verified-purchase flags, order histories, or filtering tools to selectively show only the reviews we prefer.
Visible distribution of ratings. Our review displays show the full distribution of ratings, including one-star and two-star reviews, so customers can form their own judgment.
Moderation: When We Remove a Review
We moderate reviews only in narrow, clearly defined circumstances:
• Spam. Automated, repetitive, or commercial spam unrelated to the product.
• Fake or fraudulent reviews. Reviews from individuals who did not purchase or use the product, or reviews submitted to manipulate ratings.
• Personal information or privacy violations. Reviews that disclose private information about other customers, employees, or third parties.
• Threats, harassment, or discriminatory content. Reviews that violate basic standards of respectful communication.
• Health claims that could mislead other parents. Reviews making specific medical claims that could endanger another child if relied upon.
We do not remove reviews based on sentiment, rating, or whether they are favorable to TruHeight. A negative review that complies with these standards stays up. Always.
Third-Party Platforms
TruHeight will not coordinate or run internal campaigns to influence ratings on third-party platforms, including Amazon, Google, retailer review systems, or independent review aggregators. We do not ask employees, contractors, friends, or family to leave reviews. We do not coordinate review timing or content. We do not buy reviews.
What to Do If You See Something Wrong
If you believe a review has been improperly removed, suppressed, or manipulated, whether on our website or any third-party platform, we want to know. Contact us at info@truheightvitamins.com and we will investigate.
Transparency only works if you can hold us to it.
