Best Protein Shake for Kids
My 12 year old son is on the lower percentile for weight so i've been looking for ways to help him grow, he is also a picky eater which makes it more difficult. A friend told me about TruHieght so I decided to try it, and it's been so useful for us. My son loves the chocolate flavor he says it tastes like chocolate milk and he gets a lot of protein and vitamins and minerals when he takes it. I'm definitley seeing an improvement in his weight and height which we are very grateful for.

Both of my children take this age 12 & 14 and they did start to have growth spurts within a month or 2 of taking it. Realistically I think it just provides the necessary nutrients to allow your child to hit their growth spurt but I can’t see it working to defy your child’s existing genetic predisposition. We blend it with a banana, ice, 2 tbsp of natural Peanut Butter, some plant based vanilla milk, dash of vanilla and cinnamon

vanilla flavor
My kids didn't like the vanilla flavor no matter how we tried mixing it, even though they usually like vanilla, so I ended up blending it with my coffee to make protein lattes and didn't mind it. My son hit a growth spurt after the few servings he did eat so I think the product is effective. will try chocolate next time.

Not bad.
The vanilla flavor is not particularly good. There is a hint of protein, which is not very suitable for a child. I add banana, fruit, honey to neutralize it. Maybe I will try "chocolate" on my next order. I don't like the packaging of the product - the previous one was an envelope. This one will probably be better. I can't give an assessment of the effect, because due to the unpleasant taste, I don't drink it regularly.

I'm happy with this calcium gummy. It's hard to find a calcium gummy that my 7-year-old son likes to take. I've tried most of the various brands. My son actually enjoys taking this one, which makes it so much easier on me. The only downside is that one chew is only 100 mg of calcium.

I can no longer buy the things I bought on a regular basis.
I bought this as a replacement for the product I regularly purchase because it was out of stock. It has a smooth texture rather than a syrup, and looks similar to organic jelly in color (though it doesn't look like an appetizing color). But it smells like fruit, and my 2-year-old drinks it straight up with a spoon.
