Best Protein Shake for Kids
My 12 year old son is on the lower percentile for weight so i've been looking for ways to help him grow, he is also a picky eater which makes it more difficult. A friend told me about TruHieght so I decided to try it, and it's been so useful for us. My son loves the chocolate flavor he says it tastes like chocolate milk and he gets a lot of protein and vitamins and minerals when he takes it. I'm definitley seeing an improvement in his weight and height which we are very grateful for.

Pretty Good Taste!
This shake has good taste, does not taste grainy. Powders are very fine and easy to prepare. It could stick to the wall of the blender if you dont add enough liquid. Overall high quality product.

Content good, taste can be changed with other ingredients
My kids (age: 5 and 10 years old) tried the product with only water but they were not impressed by its taste. However, we mixed it with milk and Milo, and they liked it. They have been drinking it daily basis . Still monitoring whether it helps their growth but so far I am pleased.

My boy grows by 1cm in 2 weeks
The height and weight of my boy have been stagnant for a few months. After taking Trueheight gummies and protein shake, he surprised us with 1cm height in 2 weeks. Hope he can catch with his height and weight as he continues to take Trueheight.

I got this for the first time for my teen son. He said the taste is amazing unlike other powders. It’s not gritty and doesn’t have that nasty aftertaste of aspartame or sucralose. We have the vanilla flavour and will order the chocolate flavour once is back in stock. Great product! Highly recommended.

I really wanted to succeed with this protein shake
The ingredients are top notch, the reviews are outstanding, but my kids complain about the taste and refuse to drink it. I bought both tastes. The only form in which they do agree to consume it - it is in a shake. So once in a while some of does goes in. But certainly not on a daily basis as it should. Better than nothing. So, I'll not repurchase although it could be very beneficial for them.

Fantastic supplement for growing kids
My 10 year old son is shortest in his class and we read that extra protein can help. So we ordered both Vanilla and chocolate protein shake to add 1/2 scoop to his milk, twice a day. Son doesn’t mind the taste. In 1.5 months, he grew an inch! Not sure if it’s coincidence but we will continue to buy it.

My 6 year old is happy with it every morning
My 6 year old is very petite for his age so we mix only 1 scoop with a cup of half water / half full cream milk each morning. He gulps it down so he obviously approves of the taste and, since he started taking it, he also seems to be eating a little more during the day (I was fearing the opposite). I'll be waiting to see if it impacts his height in a positive way.

Taste not so good
I’m not sure how effective it is cause my kids didn’t have much because they didn’t like the taste, it’s like kids formula! I tried to add some flavor to it like cinnamon & other things that made the taste a bit better but if your kids are picky tasters you might need to play with the flavor. I hope thy improve the tast of it.

Seems to work
Both of my children take this age 12 & 14 and they did start to have growth spurts within a month or 2 of taking it. Realistically I think it just provides the necessary nutrients to allow your child to hit their growth spurt but I can’t see it working to defy your child’s existing genetic predisposition. We blend it with a banana, ice, 2 tbsp of natural Peanut Butter, some plant based vanilla milk, dash of vanilla and cinnamon
