The moment I opened the lid, I was hit with a grape scent that children would love. 11-year-old boy's impressions: Shape: Bear-shaped gummy candy. Texture: Between Hi◯yu and gummy candy. Sweetness: Quite sweet taste: It's grape-flavored, but I don't really like or dislike the sweetness, it's just average. By the way, he loves gummy candy, and his favorite is Peta◯mi. He's quite picky, so maybe that's why he said this product was "average." He's on the short side, so I hope that continuing to give him that will help him grow a little taller.

My 15yo son grew 5cm in 5mths.
I wish I had started my son on this supplement years earlier. My son was around 163cm at 15yo (short compare to his friends) when he started taking this tablets. The first 3mths there was no results which was disappointing but I order more pills anyway and only see a slight increase in height after the 5th months (168cm now). For all the parents out there, don't expect a fast result unless u start just before their growth spurt between 12 to 15. After 15 their growth spurt will slow down so they will not grow as fast. I will continue this supplement until he is 17yo to help with what ever growth he has left.

Best Protein Shake for Kids
My 12 year old son is on the lower percentile for weight so i've been looking for ways to help him grow, he is also a picky eater which makes it more difficult. A friend told me about TruHieght so I decided to try it, and it's been so useful for us. My son loves the chocolate flavor he says it tastes like chocolate milk and he gets a lot of protein and vitamins and minerals when he takes it. Both of my children take this age 12 & 14 and they did start to have growth spurts within a month or 2 of taking it. Realistically I think it just provides the necessary nutrients to allow your child to hit their growth spurt but I can’t see it working to defy your child’s existing genetic predisposition. We blend it with a banana, ice, 2 tbsp of natural Peanut Butter, some plant based vanilla milk, dash of vanilla and cinnamon

My kids didn't like the vanilla flavor no matter how we tried mixing it, even though they usually like vanilla, so I ended up blending it with my coffee to make protein lattes and didn't mind it. My son hit a growth spurt after the few servings he did eat so I think the product is effective. will try chocolate next time.
