2 Medjool dates pitted. -

First, place fruit or ice on the bottom of your blender. -

Next, add 1 cup fresh kale, 2 Medjool dates pittedPinch of sea salt, ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed. -

Add 1 serving TruHeight® Growth Protein powder, 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 cups unsweetened milk. -

Then, put the lid on your blender and blend on high for about a minute or until smooth. If your protein shake isn't blending easily, add a little bit more liquid and continue blending. -
