The Origin, Growth Capsules

In 2019, our shared commitment sparked the creation of TruHeight®, with our inaugural offering being the TruHeight® Growth Capsule. This marked the birth of a brand dedicated to providing comprehensive and convenient solutions for those aiming to unlock their potential*

Growth Gummies

In April 2022, we introduced TruHeight® Growth Gummies,
delicious gummies based on your insights, making it even easier
to incorporate TruHeight® into your daily routine.

Growth Protein Shake

In August 2022, we launched the TruHeight® Growth Protein Shake
in Chocolate and Vanilla flavors. Crafted with a blend of protein, vitamins,
and minerals, it’s designed to complement a balanced diet and support
overall wellness for kids and teens.

Sleep Gummies

In August, 2022, we introduced our TruHeight Sleep. We did it because we know growth is more than just a daytime activity, it takes better rest too. While kids sleep, their bodies work overtime: building, repairing and getting ready for what’s next. We made these gummies to help them get the deep, restful sleep they need, night after night.

TruHeight® Kit

October 2023 marked the debut of the TruHeight® Kit, a complete,
ready-to-use routine combining our most popular products. Designed
for convenience and consistency, it brings protein, bone support, and
sleep essentials together in one simple kit.

Kids Essentials

In 2023, we proudly introduced a specialized kid's line as part of
our commitment to supporting families with growth-focused
products from an early age.

Hydration Mix

It’s March of 2026 and TruHeight decided to bring healthy growth & development to the electrolyte space. Enter the Hydration Mix: created for active kids and teens who need more than just water to stay hydrated and support their busy, growing bodies.

Since 2019, TruHeight has been committed to helping families support their kids’ healthy growth and development with science-backed nutrition. Over the years, we’ve expanded our mission beyond teens to include a complete kids and toddler line. Featuring Bone Growth Gummies, Brain Growth Gummies, the Kids Essentials Kit, Toddler Formula+, the Toddler Essentials Kit, Toddler Sleep Drops, Toddler Appetite Booster, and Toddler Pre-Probiotic Gummies, it’s all designed to make consistent nutrition simple for every stage of childhood. We’ve made incredible progress, but we’re not slowing down. Our mission has always been bigger than products, we want to create the things we wish we had growing up and make a lasting impact on the next generation. And we’re just getting started.
